| Introduction | I am 50 years old and have been married to my high school crush for 30 years and I am a mother of four 20 somethings. In raising my beautiful, creative, unique family I have had to learn to deal with anxiety disorders, panic attacks, depression and phobias. My secret weapons have been my faith in God and running. I started my blog to keep myself accountable when training for a triathlon but it turned into lessons God has shown me during my runs. I named my blog Sunlight on my Face because of my favourite running song "Where the Streets Have No Name" by U2. When I run I feel sunlight on my face physically, mentally and spiritually. |
