Introduction	Hello! My name is Blaire, I am happily married to J, and mama to one sweet baby Hade! The road to building our family was not an easy one, and as a result I have battled with depression and emotional eating which have caused a significant weight gain and an overall decline in my health over the last few years. But God's grace has carried me thru and I am ready to do whatever it takes to get my life back and get healthy so I can be a better wife and mama and maybe a listening ear or encouragement to someone who is in my shoes!
