| Introduction | I have always been intrigued by Europeans and their way of life. They seem to have such a balance between work, play, family, friends, obligations, community,(naps!), etc...and always find time to enjoy the ordinary things in day-to-day living. I have tried my best to raise my family this way, but it hasn't been easy in this age of over-scheduled-children and 'supermoms'. So I made a conscious effort several years ago to slow down, simplify our schedules and make time for the things that matter. This is the life I desire, the good life...La Bonne Vie. |
