| Introduction | I am a 41 year old mother to a wonderful son who is 16. He and I came over from the UK 9 years ago for a better life and I would say we have pretty much got that! In 2008 I met a gorgeous man who proposed to me on the beach in October 2009. My son Patrick and I moved in with him and we are now busy with wedding preparations amongst many other things. We get married on October 2nd this year and I am very excited. I work as a Teachers Assistant in a Primary school and have done this for 6 years. I like to read, listen to music, knit and mess around on the computer. We have 2 dogs, a lab/retriever called Honey and a maltese x called Misty who are our kids two and three (albeit furry ones). I have been on various diets and plans since I was four years old.. it has and most probably will be a lifelong battle. But it is one that I never want to give up on, for my sake and my family's sake. Here's to good losses every week for all of us!! |
