Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
My Grandpa showed me this as a child. With his pocket knife he would start from the top of the apple cutting across the 'lid' leaving a strip of the peel to continue in circles until he came to the bottom. The peel was in one long, continuous curl. I was always fascinated!
