| Introduction | I am a wife to a pretty amazing guy and mom to 5 energetic kids. That is who I am and what I love above anything else. A month after his 2nd birthday (only 2 weeks ago), our youngest, Ty, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and our world turned upside down. I use writing as a way of healing, processing and record-keeping. I also hope to use this blog as a way to network with other parents of young ones with diabetes, because truthfully, I could use all the help I can get. I have great hope for a cure to this disease that has effected so many. So take a seat, come into my thoughts for a moment, and let's see if we can't help one another out in this diabetic journey through life. |
