| Introduction | I was born in Los Angeles, CA. I have loved art since I was a child, having drawn and painted at an early age. I didn't really begin to pursue art as much as I am now, until about 2004. I am mostly self-taught, having learned from books or other fellow artists who were willing to share their knowledge. A lot of my arts and crafts are inspired by Day of the Dead. I am also inspired by Halloween, horror movies, comic books, animals, cult films and B-movies, music, cabaret, carnival sideshows and dolls. I primarily work with acrylic, wood and other mixed media. |
