| Introduction | I am currently a free-lance storyteller, writer, facilitator, healer, educator and Mum! Living on the beautiful South Pembrokeshire coastline.My intention is to create the world I wish to live in, to weave it around me through my words, my actions and my prayers. To create a world where women and all human beings feel safe and loved. And to inspire, empower and enthuse others, to live their fullest and best lives by giving them tools that they can use along the way. I offer a range of workshops, training and storytelling programmes, as well as creative programmes aimed at building Emotional Resilience. With an MSc in Environmental Education, background in Sustainability and trained in Somatic Work & Trauma Healing Practices, I use my experience to bring participants into a deeper connection with themselves, the environment and with each other. Supporting them to reach their full potential. My current programmes include; ‘Voice of the River’ and ‘Rediscovering Joy’.
