| Introduction | MEAL MAVEN pursued her passion for cooking after working on food accounts in the corporate world. She grew up helping her grandmother in the kitchen and has always enjoyed entertaining family and friends. MEAL MAVEN is a private chef for families on Nantucket Island and other resort locations. She has an extensive teaching background and is an advocate of children learning to cook which promotes healthy eating habits for a lifetime! MEAL MAVEN achieved diplomas in Classical French Cuisine and French Macaron production at École Ferrandi Paris. She did additional cuisine training at a 2 Michelin rated haute cuisine restaurant in Paris followed by professional pizzaiolo training in Napoli, Italy and Paris, France. MEAL MAVEN has dined at Michelin rated to casual restaurants in Europe and US. She appreciates any style cuisine that is well prepared w fresh ingredients, balanced flavour elements, and presented w care.
