Introduction	Mark, Stephanie, Sarah and Emma-Rose decided to create this blog to document our research on different countries, cultures, history, arts, and specifically their food. Every 2 to 3 weeks, we choose a country at random, then we make research on that country, and find local restaurants specializing in that country's cuisine. Thankfully we are from Montreal which offers a diverse selection of world wide cuisines. As such, this blog is basically our diary documenting these experiences in the hopes that our young daughters will learn a deep apreciation for other cultures and refer to this site later in life as a reminder of the great adventures they enjoyed with there parents.
