| Introduction | Hello Friends!! I am Manisha Sharma, a 23 yrs old software engineer who works in MNC. Shopping for clothes isn't as fun or simple as it used to be when I was in college. When I joined my 1st job,I noticed that I have gained weight in well amount. Then I switch to Yoga after trying all genres and in 5 months I got my not college but school figure back with shiny skin!!!
