| Introduction | Previously working in the medical profession as a Radiographer for 13 years I decided to follow my passion for health and fitness and became a personal trainer in 2005. This led me into Pilates and developing my knowledge in movement and the surprising results that you can achieve with this form of exercise. I love helping people achieve the best they can achieve and I find it really rewarding seeing people grow in their confidence and feel happier in their body and mind. This led me into doing my life coaching course integrating NLP and various techniques to help clients rid themselves of limiting beliefs and help motivate and exceed any goals set, getting great results. That is my passion and combining that with the travel that I do in my retreats makes me really happy to be living out my passions and dreams and to be able to share this with others. |
