| Introduction | I volunteer with Montgomery County Master Gardeners, and have been lead Vegetable Gardener of the Derwood Demonstration Garden since 2008. I love all times in the gardening year but my favorite month is January since that's when I sit down with the seed catalogs and plan the new garden. Some say I get carried away. Ha, I do not YET need to alphabetize my stored seeds. Besides, it is better to organize them by taxonomic family. Also, I write time travel novels!
