Introduction	My name is Cecilia Murphy. I am from Austin, Texas. I love living here and will always consider it my home and hope it always will be. Currently I am a preschool teacher and a student at ACC planning on transferring to Texas State Round Rock in my junior year. Texas Government is a requirement for my degree plan. I haven't had much experience with government and it hasn't been a priority of mine. I look at each issue from the stand point of my own beliefs, not from a party platform approach. So I would be an independent/floating voter. When I took the Texas General and Texas Political Quizzes I didn't do as well I wanted to. I knew a majority of the Texas General questions but not much of the Texas Political questions. I'm hoping that my interest and understanding of government will grow from being in this class.
