About me

Introduction	My name is Jennifer Finney-Ellison, however,I am called Mrs. Ellison. I am very excited to be your child's teacher this year!This school year marks my sixteenth year as a teacher, and my second year as a fourth grade teacher. Fourth grade is a year of exciting,important changes and challenges. Your child has left the realm of the primary years and is embarking upon his/her intermediate experience! I live in the Sims' neighborhood with my husband, our three sons, ages 10, 7, and 5, and our two dogs. I love to travel, read and shop! Additionally, I enjoy learning (but am currently on hiatus) and "playing" capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art with my husband and sons.
