| Introduction | As far back as I can remember, chicken wings have always been my favorite food. Growing up in Buffalo, NY, I was fortunate enough to have a large variety of wings to sample from numerous restaurants. Almost every restaurant in Buffalo serves chicken wings, and most places do a very good job of it. I moved across the country for college and I realized very quickly that the secret of seasoning, cooking, saucing, etc. a quality wing was knowledge that has not spread far from Buffalo. Now I search the country for wings that are up to par, often ending with great disappointment. When I go to a restaurant that I have never been to I feel a sense of duty to throw caution to the wind and see how that establishment prepares its wings. In this blog I will help you ferret out which places suck and which places you just have to go to. Until then, just wing it. |
