| Introduction | I am 30 years old and before CrossFit had never been athletic in my life, I had never even seen the point in going to the gym to walk on the treadmill for a moment. I found CrossFit through one of my very best friends in July 2009 and it has changed my life for the better. Disneyland is my happy place and ice cream is my guilty pleasure. I am blessed with amazing friends and an awesome family that all love me for who I am. |
