| Introduction | I have been living in the Orlando area since 2003. Since then I spent many years in Gainesville (go gators!) getting my degrees in psychology and mental health counseling. I have worked in a wide variety of mental health settings, and am thrilled to now be in private practice, as it gives me the opportunity to combine my skills in yoga, fitness (I'm also a certified group fitness instructor) and counseling. I love helping people heal from their anxiety, trauma, addictions and grief while address mind, body and spirit! |
