| Introduction | The Treasure of Black Oak-- Over half a century ago three doctors created a place where people could receive medical care from some of the world’s best physicians. They had a vision. They imbued upon it their beliefs that the health and well-being of the people was something of intrinsic value; something that could easily be lost if not protected. Because of the magnitude of the vision they knew that others would have to be brought into the trusted alliance in order to protect the vision. Over the coming decades, one by one, physicians were brought into the partnership. But only a select few were sworn as defenders of the vision. These doctors became known as Apollo’s Order. |

| Interests | As the group grew larger it became apparent that the small space on Main St in Medford, Oregon was no longer capable of housing them. A new establishment was beginning construction, and the founders knew what they had to do. The treasure which had been so valiantly protected was moved to the new construction site. Secretly hid within its wall the treasure was so well kept that eventually it was forgotten. The sworn physicians gradually moved on to different assignments, believing the care of the treasure was entrusted to those still left in Medford. But time has a way of wearing away memories. And soon a time came when these things of old were forgotten and their secret hiding places were lost. |
| Favorite movies | Until one day, not long ago, one remaining sworn member in Medford realized he was the last. He had received the news that his time here was coming to an end. He tried frantically to contact the others who were still alive, but no longer in Oregon. It was for naught. Hi s final attempt to protect the treasure was to contact the architect of the building with the information he had. Hid deep within the walls was a treasure. More valuable than gold, more enduring than diamonds, the treasure would make any person rich. |
| Favorite music | To further protect the location of the treasure, the last sworn physician had translated the information into coded clues and saved it on his computer. These details of the treasure’s location were sent via email to the architect. But because the details were encrypted and the architect could not figure out the clues to the location he did not believe the treasure existed. |
| Favorite books | Through recent negotiations MMC has become the owner of the information given to the architect. The details of the negotiations are secret; however, the architect, true to his disbelief, did say that it was a ridiculous idea that anything so valuable could have been hidden in one of his buildings without his knowing about it. Still, he received handsome compensation in return for the encrypted email clues because one of the Partners knew for certain the treasure exists to this day. But where? |
