Introduction	I am a food service veteran hailing from a family of food lovers, cooks and restaurantuers. Today I work with Chef Ed Pagano at Opus Catering here in Central Florida pulling off huge events for the United Way, Lighthouse Ministries, The Lakeland Derby and several others including everything from weddings to funerals. The thing I love to do above all else though? EAT! I love food, of all varieties, shapes, sizes and ethnicities.
