| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! I'm a clinical psychologist and life/executive coach. I help people achieve a greater level of happiness, effectiveness and meaning. In addition to working with people individually, I enjoy educating the public, via writing and speaking, on how to manage life's problems. Among my many publications is the second edition of my self-help book, Taming Your Inner Brat: A Guide for Transforming Self-defeating Behavior. I'm on the board of the Society of Media Psychology and Technology (American Psychological Association) and am a two-time winner of Pennsylvania Psychological Association's "Psychologist in the Media" award. |
