Introduction	I have been in the real estate/loan business since 2003. I have worked as an account executive for a wholesale mortgage company, a processor for a loan brokerage, a loan officer, ran a mortgage office and have raised money for hard money loans from private individuals. Now I have combined all of my skills to create an investment portfolio that brings a minimum of a 10% return. I spent the last three years working in San Francisco learning the hard money business and I am really excited to bring my knowledge base back to San Diego and build a business that will be around for many years to come.
