| Introduction | I recently retired as a librarian in a Maine high school. I am interested to finding and sharing the best of what local producers have to offer. I use these products in the Italian cooking courses that I teach. I think that community is important and that supporting our farmers and food producers is one of the best ways to build community. I'm an omnivore. Small sustainable farms use everything available and we should too - everything in moderation. I work hard, I play hard . |
