| Introduction | My political views, like all humans, have been shaped by my life's experiences and the environment I was raised in. Such experiences as traveling and living abroad, becoming a mother, leaving a religious cult, attending school, listening and learning from others...All these things have shaped within me strong views about the world we live in and our responsibilites to eachother. But to go into detail and specifics would bias my reader so I would prefer to sum up my political views with a quote: "Three things in human life are important. The first is to be kind.
