| Introduction | I have been struggling with an eating disorder for about 20 years. I have been in and out of treatment for over 15 years, and have gained an immense amount of insight and wisdom. I have come to believe that we are all doing the best we can with the resources that we have, AND we can do better, try harder. We can practice living in the moment AND we can continue to learn and grow.
