| Introduction | I had a solid Sprint and Olympic distance triathlon career as a junior 10-11 years ago but 'retired' when I decided teenage life was a priority. I have always dreamed of returning to triathlon and competing in Ironman. In February 2006, I took the big step of purchasing a new bike and started training in earnest for Ironman. I moved from Hamilton, New Zealand to Melbourne, Australia, in February 2007, I've got myself a coach and I'm going to give Ironman a good crack. This blog is a place to share what I learn along the way and as an outlet for my training highs and lows. Lets see how it goes. |
