| Introduction | I grew up in mobile retail food service. A professional way to say my family had carnival foods and I traveled the state of Illinois during the summer until I graduated. The rest of the country after school. I found myself in restaurants, cooking, then management. New store openings. Best in food cost with 3 different companies, 2 different concepts. GM of the year, 2 different concepts. Fixed broken, unprofitable stores for 2 decades. And I failed, more than once but learned. |
