| Introduction | Hmm, where to begin. I have lived in Idaho my whole life and it is a great place to be. I am currently enjoying being a stay at home mom who works at a restaurant once a week. I still HATE to do dishes (but now we have a dishwasher). We have an annoyingly barky schnauzer named Buddy. I've been married to my wonderful husband for a little over five years. We have 3 little boys under the age of 4 and I am just trying to keep up and enjoy each day:) |
| Interests | I have several interests, but struggle to allow time to do many of them. I love to exercise, walk with my family, scrapbook, sew, decorate my house, get my nails done (maybe again someday), read, and spend fun time with my husband. I wanted to change my interests, but those are still many of my interests. Now that I am not working, one might assume I have more time, but my little man and trying to put together the house keep me very busy. |
| Favorite movies | My favorite movies are ones that fill me with joy, happiness, warmth, and help me to show kindness for others. Some of them are: The Other Side of Heaven, Charlotte's Web (the new one with Dakota Fanning), I Am Sam, Benny and Joon, and Forrest Gump. I really love kids movies, anything produce by Walt Disney, National Treasure, Harry Potter, Labrynth, Lord of the Rings, Failure to Launch, and Just Married. I could go on and on, but it would take me all day. |
| Favorite music | I like to listen to a variety of music depending on my mood. I usually listen to whatever is on the radio at the time (pop, alternative, hip hop, country, oldies, classical, but never metal or vulgar rap). I love peaceful music like instrumental or church hymns and I enjoy Josh Groban, Michael Buble, and Norah Jones. |
| Favorite books | It is sad to say I am an educator who doesn't read many books. You know, like books other adults might be reading. I LOVE picture books (the ones with beautiful illustrations that young children enjoy). The only book series I have ever read is Harry Potter. I love to read magazines and other articles online. I like to read email and blogs from family and friends and someday soon I would like to research ADHD, so that I can better understand my husband. For the time being, I am reading my Parents magazine, the Primary 6 manual, and parenting related articles. |
