| Introduction | I am a divorced mother of an adult daughter and became an "Empty Nester" December 2011. In 2007 I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Sarcoidsis in and in 2010 I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus. I also suffer with COPD and Hypothyroidsim. In March of 2011 I was hospitalized and diagnosed with Acute Renal Failure and CHF and sent home on an oxygen machine that runs 24/7. Since I am disabled I have to choose my activities with caution. While I do enjoy physical activities I can't overdo but I do keep myself moving with my two small fur kids, Phoebe and Sophie and small portable oxygen tanks tucked into my backpack.
