She is a graduate of Wellesley College with a degree in Economics and Psychology and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Nahz has been identified as a California Commercial Real Estate Woman of Influence by the San Francisco Business Times and recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 business and community leader in the Sacramento Valley. Jim Gray, has 30 years of experience in brokerage, development, and finance. Gray has worked with hundreds of clients. Also involved in numerous developments, subdivisions, business parks, and income producing buildings. Founder and Chairman of Community Business Bank, is on the advisory board of ULI in the Sacramento Region and is a member of Lambda Alpha. For nearly 25 years he was in healthcare governance including serving as Chairman of Sutter Health. Gray is the former chair of the Yolo County Planning Commission. Gray is a graduate of UC Davis.
