| Introduction | I love to be creative, and can be a little whacky at times! My latest thing is creating and having fun in the kitchen. In the past year I have been entering cooking contests, and was fortunate enough to be selected to compete in the 2010 Pillsbury Bakeoff in April! I am very excited about competing for $1 Million! So far it's been quite a ride! My husband and I both love to cook. He loves to cook delicious meals and I love to play with food. If I am doing the cooking we rarely ever have the same dish twice! I am continually trying new twists and flavors in food. I would love to create a cookbook one day, and may start on that journey at some point in my life. Right now I'm just happy playing around with food and seeing what concoctions I can come up with! Have fun in the kitchen! It is the best therapy out there! |
