| Introduction | I have a BSc in nutrition and plan to start my Masters degree in January. I live in Mexico, Playa del Carmen, where it is hot and sunny all year round - so very easy to eat healthy food most of the time! I am big Pilates and yoga fan and plan to do my Pilates teacher training in Janaury so I can hopefully inspire others to take up and enjoy this wonderful exercise and lifestyle. |
