| Introduction | Hey! I'm Clementine, Jesse's girlfriend, and though I may not be joining the Navy, I'm here to offer a little perspective (outsider's, that is). I've decided I'm sticking with Jesse throughout his career with the military and I'm going to blog right along with him about my experiences back here at home while he's away. I know that there are many others out there who are facing this same situation, and I hope that this side of the story may help assuage any fears and give hope that everything will work out. The next 4 years are going to be tough, maybe sometimes a little too much so, but we're both strong enough to weather it out and, in the end, I believe we'll both be better people for this unforgettable experience. |
