Introduction	Anthony Banks, also known by his pen name Aaron Victor Vaughn, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US, where he wrote his first stage play at age 12. His poems were selected for publication in La Salle University’s Literary and Art magazine and there he received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Pursuing other artistic interests, he has also studied screenwriting and oil painting. He is the author of "Imagining Things," a novel about the rewards for following your intuition - and the punishments for ignoring it. He is also a Personal Development Coach and a Certified Leadership Coach, educated at the University of Pennsylvania. His coaching specialty is helping mid-career managers and other office workers to stop feeling overwhelmed by the craziness and unfairness at work by guiding them to navigate office politics well and to stay focused on their own future as the priority. Then they can feel that they’re getting somewhere in life, instead of spinning their wheels.
