Introduction	Anthony Banks, also known by his pen name Aaron Victor Vaughn, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US, where he wrote his first stage play at age 12. His poems were selected for publication in La Salle University’s Literary and Art magazine and there he received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Pursuing other artistic interests, he has also studied screenwriting and oil painting. He is the author of "Imagining Things," a novel about the rewards for following your intuition - and the punishments for ignoring it. He is also a Certified Leadership Coach and Personal Development Coach, educated at the University of Pennsylvania. His specialty is guiding office professionals and managers and executives, who are also creatives and artists, in their development and transformational journeys.
