| Introduction | I've struggled with weight since I was 6 years old. Throughout my adult life I've been up and down the scale (mostly up). I've tried Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, counting calories, exercising fanatically, eating disorder counseling, looked into gastric bypass, and so on. As of late August 2010, I am on Medifast. I'm in this for the long haul and I want to keep my weight off for good this time. |
