| Introduction | I am your typical, trying to do it all, single, soccer mom of a wonderful grade school boy. I manage a real estate office in southern california and I love to cook and bake. Decorating is a relaxing passion for me and I love seeing the smile and amazement on my family and friends faces when I create a fascinating and delicious cake for us to enjoy. I hope that in time my decorating will improve and hopefully my kitchen won't look like a disaster zone after I finish one of my lovely creations. I also hope to take some cake decorating classes some day soon since the only teaching I've been given is by the Cake Boss...lol. |
