Introduction	We are Cristen and Miguel. We like to feed everyone. We also like to spread the word about just how delicious vegan food can be. We do this every Sunday night at 8:30. Our weekly crowd has grown and we're really excited about that! But because feeding everyone is expensive and time consuming, our Sunday dinners are now going to be more of a potluck thing. Here is how this works: Each week we’ll post the theme on this blog, along with any other Sunday dinner updates. If you’re interested in contributing, please post a comment saying what you plan to bring. This way we don’t all end up with only vegan twinkies or vegan goldfish crackers. We've provided a list of recipe links, vegan information, and helpful resources. You’re welcome to make something elaborate or just buy something simple. If you'd like to attend our Sunday dinner potlucks, send us an e-mail. We'd love to meet you!
