| Introduction | Graduate of Emory University's Candler School of Theology, with a Master of Divinity degree, and now I am currently working for a local non-profit where I push a lot of paper and play with excel spreadsheets. I'm originally from Frankfort, KY. I went to undergrad at Transylvania University, where I was a double major in Business Administration and Religion. Let's see. What else is important about me? I'm obviously very interested in God, hence the whole seminary/theology grad school thing. I'm a horrible bass player, fan of laughter, movie fiend, music lover, volleyball player, UK sports fan, and much, much more. Well, chances are, if you're reading this, you already know me. I think I've got the basics covered. If you want to know more, you just gotta ask... Also, my wife is pretty spectacular. I'm a very lucky man who married way out of his league. |
| Interests | Movies, music, volleyball, laughter, disc golf, reading, video games, bass guitar, the University of Kentucky, God. Not necessarily in that order. |
| Favorite movies | This field is too small. Darn Blogger. Essentially, I love any and all superhero movies, zombie movies, and movies that make me think and/or laugh. I will watch just about anything once. |
| Favorite music | Again, this field is WAY too small. My tastes are varied. Some of my favorites (non-exhaustive of course) are: Thrice, Project 86, Five Iron Frenzy, mewithoutYou, LA Symphony, Deepspace5, U2, Showbread, Brave Saint Saturn, MuteMath, Anberlin, David Crowder Band, Switchfoot, Foo Fighters, Muse. And much much more. |
| Favorite books | The Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia, Anything by Tolkien or C.S. Lewis really, The Popular Culture and Philosphy series, It's All Downhill From Here, (by Andrew Schwab, The Zombie Survival Guide, Christopher Moore, Orson Scott Card, Rob Bell, etc. I like books. |
