I have had my share of physical ailments in the past 10 years after falling. I have been down the road of depression and now realize that the love of God, my Husband and my family are the most important things to count as blessings. Before my accident, I was a type A personality ever rushing to another project and rushing through life. I have now had time to contemplate my actions and the reactions of my family. I now realize how precious life is and what a blessing I have been given with the life I have. Sure, it's a struggle at times but the lessons learned are invaluable. I hope to share my experiences and my knowledge of the little things with you. Blessings to all....
