Introduction	My wife and I lost our beautiful little Olivia in Aug '09 to a rare genetic disease called Alagille Syndrome. We blogged about her battle with this condition at oliviahuelsbergen.blogspot.com , but since her death it just didn't feel right to continue blogging there. This new blog will hopefully let us express some of the difficult emotions and thoughts that accompany the loss of a child - no matter what age. Hopefully it will provide other grieving parents some comfort that they are not alone.
