| Introduction | With 34 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the design field, I have worked in all aspects of design, including concept, manufacturing, marketing and retail. In short, I understand the entire design process from the initiation of the idea and the production of it, to bringing it to market at a price. I have won awards for my ability in conceptual design and niche marketing. I have had a manufacturing company selling to 1600 stores with 30 employees, a retail store that won a national award for the most unique new retail concept in Canada, and I've been spokesperson for a North American paint company. My philosophy in design is built on the belief that colour is like sound and it travels on waves and therefore effects our subconscious in a very profound way. It helps clients take emotional possession of their homes, and infuses them with their own personalities. Not the latest trends in the magazines, or their neighbors or the previous owners. Many people move in with the boxes but not emotionally . |
