Introduction	After smoking for more than 30 years and trying all the usual, useless methods to stop, I gave up and switched to an electronic cigarette in March of 2009. I'm so happy about being able to breathe again that I want to help ensure that smokers who want to try "vaping" are able to do so. I started this blog to collect in one place all the news stories I find about e-cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, tobacco harm reduction, and smoking issues. Many of these stories contain misinformation not only about e-cigarettes, but about a variety of tobacco issues. It is my hope that this misinformation can be corrected through blogs, letters to the editor, comments on articles, and in new articles. I believe we're entitled to the truth, and that it's our right to make informed decisions about our own bodies based on complete and accurate information.
