| Introduction | I create robust curriculum that challenges my students (of all ages). I teach inclusive and equitable courses in environments where students feel safe to learn and experience that learning through active, practical application. My approach, whether in teaching or speaking, is relevant and realistic - if you don't understand or are overwhelmed, you will get frustrated and check out. I want people to 'get' how 'it' applies to them and their careers. A speaker at workshops, conferences, and private events throughout the US and Canada, I have been featured in US News & World Report, The New York Times, and numerous other media. I hold a MS in Communication (emphasis in digital) from Northwestern University, Graduate Certificate in Mobile Marketing from Rutgers University, and BA in Mass Communication-Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. |
