Introduction	'That's Rubbish!' is a group of young, environmental enthusiasts set up by Michelle Bartolo with the goal of spreading environmental awareness to the island of Malta. With group growth and education in mind, we are now happy to announce our official merge with the Malta Surfing Association (Surf Malta). Founded by Jay Chapelle and united by common interests and goals, the now much larger group can only benefit our cause. Voluntary clean-ups have been taking place at Ghajn Tuffieha since May 2008 and we're happy to say that the group is growing in leaps and bounds. We aim to make a positive impact and to educate people by giving them the opportunity to get involved with a hands-on approach. The dates and times of our regular clean-ups will be announced both here and on our Facebook group 'THAT'S RUBBISH!!'. We invite both friends and strangers of any age, sex and ethnic background to come together and show respect to the island we all call home.
