Introduction	begins her experience in arts and culture management very early. In 1992, she is selected by the Amsterdam Felix Meritis for a Master in Performing Arts Management, where she takes part in devising Netherlands cultural guidelines towards the Former Soviet Union, along with other students from Europe, the United States and Australia. In 2003 she founds "369gradi", a center for the promotion and distribution of Italian culture, to investigate new possibilities in contemporary art, performing arts and drama. "369gradi" represents a revolution in the arts market, given the highly innovative services offered: modular and customized to meet the needs and ever changing transformations of international arts market, the Internet and the increasingly scarce economic resources. In 2014 Valeria moved in New York as business investor to promote italian contemporary creativity and talent (culinary art, performing and visual arts, handcrafts, design, couture ecc). Now, as "alien with extraordinary talent in art", is collaborating with Universities, institutions and private organizations.
