| Introduction | Kathleen Johnson is an associate professor of management at Keene State College, located in Keene, New Hampshire, USA. She currently teaches organizational theory and behavior, marketing, and principles of management. During the fall semester of 2008, Kathleen implemented this blog to encourage her intro students to dialogue about the topics discussed in class. She launches this site in the hopes of doing the same with additional students – and others -- who are interested in any aspect of management but especially that which relates to the human side of our organizations. |
