| Introduction | Tammy Parlour began studying Hapkido and Ki Meditation under Grandmaster Gedo Chang in 1983 at the age of 12. She now teaches full-time at her own London based school. Tammy has remained a committed student of Master Chang for almost thirty years. She is author of "An Exploration of Ki Meditation". (Available on Amazon).
