Introduction	I have worked with children since 1983, initially as a music, mime and dance teacher with several schools. In 1990 we moved to our farm and opened nature and environment education camps for 7-12 yr olds, the first residential camps for this age group in India, at the time. Since 2006, I have been writing fiction, publishing my work in local papers for children. In 2007, I wrote 3 books and one is to be published shortly by Puffin. In '09 I began drawing Pun Cartoons, and have had those published too. Writing is a great adventure for me, and I hope to make this my new 'mantra'!
