| Introduction | Ever since I was a little girl, I enjoyed baking and cooking. Perhaps it is because it reminds me of family. I remember baking cookies as a young girl with my Mother, and creating new recipes with my Father. While both are great cooks, my Father was always the adventurous one, creating new things to serve to customers in his general store. It is from both of them that I got my desire to bake and create. Time in the kitchen together was priceless – and still is today. In my household this was a family affair. Even as adults, a girl’s night out with my family is not what you expect. Rather than to go out partying or dancing, we have pajama parties and stay up half the night trying new recipes, baking, and making crafts. We would all be exhausted in the morning, but the night was so fulfilling. (Check out slideshow at bottome of webpage!) It is because of this strong family bond that leaves me where I am today…venturing into Deliciously Home-Made. This is something that I have always wanted to do, but until now have never had the opportunity. I hope you find pleasure in eating these delicious creations that I have found in making them.
