| Introduction | I am in my late twenties... recently married. I produce a morning news show.. and I am generally a likable person.. at least according to my mom. |
| Interests | Pop Culture, my wife, my church, my friends and all things Joss Whedon. |
| Favorite movies | I'm a movie buff so this list will probably be incomplete but perhaps I'll add to it as I think of movies. I love classic 80's movies: Back to the Future (trilogy), Ghostbusters, Indiana Jones (trilogy), Star Wars (trilogy), Clue, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Roger Rabbit, The Jerk, Spielberg's stuff, etc. Newer movies I love: Lord of the Rings (trilogy), Adam Sandler's earlier stuff, Will Ferrell movies, Owen Wilson movies, The Truman Show, Harry Potters, About A Boy, The Fugitive, X2, Pixar stuff, Spiderman 2, M. Night's earlier stuff, Star Trek, early Farrely Bros, Green Mile, Office Space, Fight Club, Donnie Darko, Chris Nolan films, Charlie Kaufman films, Serenity, Iron Man, any film that throws cliches out the window. I also am slowly educating myself in classic films like Citizen Kane, Casablanca, It's a Wonderful Life, The Godfather movies, 12 Angry Men and other films that seem to be universally loved. |
| Favorite music | I love music and am constantly adding stuff to my ipod as I discover it. But if I lean one way it's to the oldies. The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Simon and Garfunkel, pretty much any oldies group. I also like current music. Weezer, The White Stripes, The Strokes, The Hives, The Killers, Jet, Jimmy Eats World, My Chemical Romance etc. I like indie bands but don't want to list them all. I don't care for hip..hop or country. I just like good 'ol rock and roll. |
| Favorite books | I also love to read. I like all kinds of books but am partial to fantasy/scifi. I love Harry Potter. I enjoy books about music and bands. I enjoy books that explain how tv is produced and movies made. I have enjoyed Dan Brown lately. Early John Grisham is good. Michael Crichton. Lately I've been reading church history books and they are fascinating. I'll give any kind of book a try. |
